Place we visit or photographs/Selfies at that place- Which is more significant

It’s been six months now am back from my euro trip. No travel after that till date. I was thinking what to write and talking to people about it. Only then I considered that issue was in front of me and I watched it every day. Yes, I got this idea from a very close friend. We were discussing and suddenly she pinched in with this question.

Traveling is more about experiencing a new place than clicking photographs and upload it on Facebook. Previously, only Chinese and Japanese people were fond of snapping pictures, but today everybody has become unbalanced. Why we all click so many pictures? It’s time to think. If we visit somewhere for 1 hour, then 50 mins we waste in clicking pics and 10 mins only we give to the place. Isn’t it injustice to a place? We go somewhere to relax, fresh our state of mind and most important to see the place and not just to click the pics. It’s time to think upon.

I am not saying that don’t click pics. I meant to say that when we are at some place then give importance to that space rather than clicking pics only. It’s important to click the pics for creating memories, but not to give full time to it. And moreover people click the pics and they upload it on social media. As if it’s an online drive to redeem all your storages.

Previously, when technology was not that verse we used to love the place, but immediately it is inverted. Traveling is all about picking up new places, then creating memories by clicking images. If we are at some place we should be eager to know about the culture, people, food and other things about the place. These things are more important and this will only help us to know the place better.
