#Click Search and Experience

This time it’s Flipkart who wants to interact with Indibloggers. Since Flipkart has added a new feature on their mobile app, they want to get the customer feedback and address their query face to face. Then what is the best option, other than to meet Indibloggers.

It was a brisk Saturday morning. The best part was the Location: HRC Bangalore. Every time I have gone there on Saturday night, but this time I went in the morning. Everybody asked me why you are going in morning, I told it’s a meet. Meet at HRC and that too in morning- Mom exclaim! And so I replied: Yeah, we are bloggers, we are cool people and so we always see in the forenoons.

I arrived at the venue and was so amazed to ensure some of the known faces. I see these people only in Indiblogger meets. Today we have developed a different variety of friendship like we have online friends, school and college friends, hence these are blogging friends. And with the help of Indiblogger we get to understand each other more than earlier.

It was fully crowded, I didn’t find a place to seat. Only since I was so energized about this meet it didn’t annoy me. About 11.30 am Anoop, The Zombie started the show. Only this time I picked up a new Avtar of him. Yeah, he’s a wonderful musician. It took off with a hot performance and it was shaking.

Today it’s time for the agenda for which we all have gathered here – #Click Search and Experience

The Flipkart core team was present- Product manager, online sales manager and the geeky guys who were working on this new feature. They were here to talk about this novel feature, address questions and interacting with their real time customers.

It began with a Q&A’s session and it endured long with answering questions from us. They patiently answered all the doubts. Even some of them were irrelevant what I had felt, but still they managed. Then it was lunch time and these guys started making personal interactions which I felt was amazing.

Post lunch, it was a fun session. They divided us in several teams comprising 20 members each. They told us to use the feature on the app and find out the nearest or exact match and whichever team matches the most will be the winner. It was very exciting and everybody began talking, clicking pics etc.. Everybody was really excited about that. And finally it all ended.

It was all together a heavy session. And seriously, if it will be successful, it will be a revolution.
